Math & English recommendation forms should be completed by current year teachers.
All candidates are required to complete either a Personal Recommendation Form or a Special Interest Recommendation Form. Candidates may submit both if relevant. Current Academic Year Grade form must include grades from the current year. The Previous Grades form must include the past two years (i.e., if a student is applying for 9th grade, please send grade reports for 6th and 7th grades). If you consider your arts or athletic experience to be a major factor in your application profile, you may submit supplemental materials for review by our arts faculty and athletic coaches. - For dance, film/photography, music, theatre, and visual arts submissions, please upload portfolio materials to hotchkiss.slideroom.com. - Athletic video submissions should be sent to admissionmaterials@hotchkiss.org. |
