Recommendation Notes: The Current English and Current Math recommendation forms should be completed by your current school year teachers after November 1. If you are unable to submit recommendations from your current teachers, please contact our office for assistance at admission@stmarksschool.org. St. Mark's requires a third current academic teacher recommendation. Please request this recommendation from a current foreign language, science, or history teacher. If English is your foreign language, please submit science or history. If you are not certain which current teacher to ask for this third recommendation, please contact our office for assistance at admission@stmarksschool.org. Grade Reports: Current grade reports should be uploaded by a school official at the end of your first marking period (quarter, trimester, or semester) for the current school year. Previous grade reports should include final year grades for the previous two years. For example, students who are currently in grade 8 should ask their school officials to upload final grade reports for grade levels 6 and 7. St. Mark’s Application Status Updates: Once Part 1 is submitted, applicants will begin receiving checklist updates from info+stmarksschool@schooladminonline.com once a week starting approximately 48-72 business hours after submission. The info+ email is not a monitored address. Questions should be sent to admission@stmarksschool.org. Please add both emails to your contacts or safe senders list. Media Submissions: If you have a well-developed talent that you would like to include in your application profile, you may submit supplemental materials via Slideroom no later than January 15 for review by our faculty or athletic coaches. Faculty and coaches do not have access to application links, and for network security reasons we will not consider media for review via email, CD, DVD, or USB.
