Middlesex requires standardized testing for the 2025-26 application year.

9th grade applicants: Submit SSAT or ISEE scores taken on or after June 2025

10th and 11th grade applicants: Submit SSAT, ISEE, PSAT, SAT or ACT scores taken on or after June 2025.

English Proficiency Tests: Non-native English speakers and/or students who have not been at a school where English is the primary language of instruction for at least two years are strongly encouraged to submit results from a TOEFL, Duolingo or IELTS test taken on or after June 2025.

Note: if extenuating circumstances--such as absence of testing availability--prevent you from taking one of these tests, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@mxschool.edu.
