The Gateway Previous Grades form is designed to collect two years of previous grades from the same school. Because of this, you won’t be able to send one grade request to one school and another request to a different school using that form.
If your child attended two different schools during those two years, you may be able to use the Optional Additional Grades form. This form is specifically designed to collect a grade report from an additional school. Please note that not all member schools accept Optional Additional Grades, so availability may vary. (Click into each school to view their Application Requirements, then scroll to Part 3. Look under Optional Forms to see whether “Optional Additional Grades” is listed. If it appears, the school offers an Optional Additional Grades form; if not, the form is not offered.)
If the school(s) you are applying to do not offer an Optional Additional Grades form, we recommend contacting the school directly for guidance on how they prefer to receive the additional grade report.
